Beginning InternetA professional librarian will instruct the Beginning Internet class and you will be provided with an orientation on how to navigate and search the Internet in this hour-long hands-on class.

Opening and Sending Email AttachmentsLearn to open an attachment that is emailed to you, and to attach a file to an email message to send to someone else. Access to an email account (Yahoo Mail is preferable but not required) and experience in receiving/sending email messages are required.

Beginner’s Guide to GoogleThis hands-on class is designed for beginner Internet users and will provide an introduction to using the search engine Google to locate websites and information. The class will cover search tips and strategies, as well as other features of Google used for finding images, maps, and news. Experience using a keyboard and mouse if required.

Email BasicsThis class is designed for people who do not have an email account. It will cover how to set up a free email account, and read and send email. In this class we will be using Yahoo! email.
